SUMMARY :
Today after work I fished the southwest side of Stetson Pond in five feet of water. This was a good location, considering the cold winds of April were at my back. Two fish in an hour is not my definition of a good trip, but the unseasonably cold water seems to be keeping most the fish away from the shoreline. I've been really surprised at the largemouth bass bite so far this season.
